Training and support are the most important fundamentals of becoming a successful business broker intermediary. VR strongly believes in this philosophy and makes it the cornerstone of building its network. VR's history is proof positive that we believe in education, training, and support as it is our franchisees that were the founding members of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). And many of IBBA's courses were originally developed by VR and its Franchisees and Intermediaries. VR also supports our trade associations on state, national, and international basis.
Our experienced training staff has practical knowledge of the operations of sole proprietorships and multi-associate VR franchises experienced with 1000's of transactions during their careers. They are accessible to answer support questions concerning office operations, recruiting, retention, and any form of business transaction after initial franchise training. VR has experienced professionals available to aid in a successful transaction whether it's a $100,000 business or a $15,000,000 manufacturer.
The VR Corporate Mentor has the responsibility of sharing support and expertise to each Franchisee and their Associates. VR mandates continued education as part of it's corporate culture and an investment in your success.
Associate Training is available at our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This training is available to all Franchisees to send their Intermediaries. VR's intensive Associate Training prepares the Intermediaries to begin producing results immediately. The monthly training is more extensive and longer than what any other competitors offer to it' Franchisee's.
VR also offers four days of continual education for Franchisees, Associates, and administrative staff at an Annual Convention. Along with the intermediary networking, the annual convention features its own suppliers, affiliates, and franchisors at its own hosted trade show.
